2011 CDBG Q&A

Q: Can I save my Proposal?

A: You can submit your proposal which can be edited later.  In addition it can be used as a save draft proposal that will not be checked until December 15th, 2010.

Q: On the Zoom site question # 2 (Briefly describe the program or activity) only allows 255 characters, yet is worth 10 points. Is this correct?

Can you please let me know if we are supposed to give the program overview in 255 characters or if the site will be modified to allow a full response?

A: Yes question #2 is worth 10 points and only 255 characters are allowed. Please try to consolidate your information as best as you can.

To All,

It was bought to my attention by a 2010 CDBG grant recipient that they expect to receive a 2011 CDBG grant based on the Multi-Year Funding Statement that was completed last year. Because of changes in staff, we are unsure which organizations have requested multi-year funding therefore we’re asking that EVERYONE submit a proposal on zoom grant for the 2011 grant. Note that the grant applications are due December 15, 2010.

You can send me a copy of your 2010 contract and multi-year statement and we will keep this in mind when awarded 2011 CDBG Grants. Please contact if you should have any questions.
